Sphagnum Moss 500g - 3 Liter

Description

This sphagnum moss comes moist and ready to use. The bag contains 500 grams, which gives you 3 liters of moss. You use it in a terrarium to keep moisture levels stable, or around houseplants to give the roots a natural buffer.

What sphagnum moss does

Sphagnum moss holds water like a sponge but stays airy at the same time. That makes it useful for creating a moist layer in your bottle garden or for wrapping around the roots of plants that like humidity. It also works as a natural top layer over soil, where it keeps the surface from drying out too fast.

How to use it

In a terrarium, you can lay a thin layer of sphagnum moss over the potting soil before you add plants. This keeps the soil in place and holds moisture close to the roots. For houseplants, you can mix it into the soil or place it on top as a decorative and functional layer. The moss is already moist, so you can start using it straight away.

    Het pakket is eenvoudig zelf te maken aan de hand van de bijgeleverde handleiding. De planten begonnen al van de eerste dag te groeien.
