L'articolo è esattamente come descritto nella foto. È davvero molto molto bello! Unico commento è che ci sarebbe voluta una piantina in più o del muschio per riempirlo del tutto, ma lì abbiamo comprati separatamente e aggiunti! In ogni caso è un regalo bellissimo!

The plants - mostly the miniture Ficus - were in bad condition. After my complaint they gave an absolut minimum refund. That's not what customer care should look like. Lost a customer.

Habe gestern einen Sam XL Bonsai Terrarium mit Pflanzen und Beleuchtung bekommen. Besonders gefällt mir die Form des Glasses, und die genaue Verarbeitung des Korken. Er passt zu 100 Prozent .
Auch die Pflanzen waren in einem super frischen Zustand.
Werde auf jedenfall noch ein weiteres Bonsai Terrarium kaufen.
Kann die Firma nur empfehlen

The products are great and the prices are good. The service is really good as well.
Packaging and instructions are also excellent.

There is one small area with the instructions that could be improved. I ordered three kits at the same time and the plants where not packaged by kit, but by type. There was a sheet of paper included listing which elements belong to which kit. But the print quality was low and some words where in Dutch. Luckily it was the same component for every kit that was written in Dutch, so I was able to distinguish it from the plants. But the descriptions of the contents of the kits could easily be improved.

My only real problem is the delivery time.
It says on the website that delivery to Switzerland takes about three days.
This was my second order from this website directly. Both times the delivery took considerably longer.
That is because the original postal service both times took the three days to deliver the package to the Swiss border. It only arrived there on the Friday evening. It looks like customs doesn't work over the weekend. Last time the package continued the journey early in the week. This time it took until Wednesday for the package to be passed on to the Swiss postal service and it arrived on Thursday, a full six days after it was supposed to be delivered to me.
Luckily the plants all seem to have survived, although some of the soil in the little pots was dry as sand when I finally planted them.

I ordered this as a gift with a fitting logo, everything arrived in a good condition, the easy to plant. Also i would recommend getting the extra moss, as it just looks nicer.

I bought this bottle several times and this one came with too small ficus and not enough moss to cover all the base!

I ordered with regular cork and they sent it with light… I fix it myself and It would have been a good customer servive if you had answered my comments even if I have fix the problem muself

Das Befüllen des Glases ist kinderleicht, die Utensilien sind wertig und die Gebrauchsanweisung leicht verständlich. Das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen. Hatte zwei verschiedene Sets gekauft und musste feststellen, dass mit einer LED im Deckel die Pflanzen noch besser in Szene gesetzt werden können. Gerade jetzt in der dunklen Jahreszeit als indirektes Licht, ist das ein richtiger Hingucker.

This little bottle garden is not only a magical eye-catcher but also a great gift idea for loved ones! I will definitely order another one … or two … or three :)
